Anyone seen a TG colour code in the old ST Tokai's? I've picked up an 83 ST100 (nitro, v neck, gold hardware, 100 sticker). The colour has darkened over the years but it's a dark translucent green (prob hence TG). This colour code it not in any of the catalogues. Anyone else seen one or got one?

Hi & welcome. No never heard of that colour code. How about some pics? And it would be nice to hear where you found this old Tokai.
It was in Broxburn, Scotland. Bought off a guy who has had it since 2009. He bought it in the same condition it's in now with the middle DiMarzio VS1 replaced with a tokai U. It's scruffy but it sings. Still got all the gold screws, even in the trem spring cover. Build date if Feb 83. When looking very closely you can see it had a block logo applied then removed, then the Goldy fanatics label applied, guitars with those decals started shipping in March 83 so I believe that happened in the factory. It's almost invisible but can be seen under light at a certain angle. I'm intrigued by the colour code, can't find any others and there is no TG in the catalogues.
