solid concrete baffle on Thiel CS7 loudspeakers, a few years ago
I think it need weight relief.
Yes i saw that too....i just wished that those folks that go to all that trouble to create a mold just make one for the whole guitar not just the body.......maybe for epoxy that would not work(i know cause i kinda did it) but for concrete it would....no truss rod bull****....a solid piece of...concrete awesomeness you ll play...sitting down...
Creative. But just go buy a Strat.
What does this guy do when he's not building 20lb guitars for $hits and grins?
I was part of a concrete boat project a few years ago. An artist wanted to see if it was possible. I told him it was and had been done (on a much larger scale), but he made one anyway...
And I was expecting this
dang it thought I was first. lol
Not sure that I want to play a 20lb. guitar, but that thing is totally insane! One more thing I can talk about when I start a story with "I thought I had seen everything until..."
Who needs (tone) wood when you can have......concrete?
Good name for a band " Concrete Strat"...
Gotta play the heavy stuff on that...
I am 100% sure that Fender has copyrighted the word "Strat."
And thats why I named our last band Velkro Buddha...lol
The title should be "Built a 20lb boat anchor with strings and pickups just to prove I could".
sounds like a strat
