Anyone ever try a Twin with a metal pedal? Anyone use metal pedals in general? I use a Throttle Box for fun every now and then. Huge with a Twin cause metal needs bass.

I feel my Twin Reissue doesn't sound very good with any pedals.

You gotta turn it on first ;)

Twin Reverb is one of the best pedal platforms on the planet.

I use a proco rat 2 through a carvin. Keep the gain lowish and it sounds almost like overdrive with a kick.

hmm. I've always prefered the custom 68 sound. Also, it was designed to be more pedal friendly.

    I'm pretty sure a MT-2 is a fuzz pedal.

No, Its actually a very diversified pedal, more of a preamp if you will, and works/sounds best in effects send/return loop
Pedal gets a bad rap because its not used properly

A lot of pedals are very useful on lighter settings (especially distortion, OD, boost) but people run them up to 11 and then they sound like doo-doo.
