    Hi,

Can anyone see anything unusual on my pickguard? As soon as I open up the sound on my guitar and I move my whammy bar, I hear it through my cabinet. This is very annoying. I've checked the ground cables and it's all securely attached.

This is the diagram i've used

    Thnx!

Where’s the tone cap? That volume pot could be cooked with all that solder on it. Spraying some contact cleaner in the pots -may help.

Look again. The cap is there, exactly where it should be. Zoom in. The dark, parallelogram shaped object is the cap. There's a wire running over the top of it.

If it wasn't, it wouldn't cause the issue at hand.

WHAT do you hear ? A creak, or a scratchy sound when the bar is even moved/rotated, or when the bar is used to "wiggle " the trem ? It's not clear...be more specific .

Yes :( they are very cheap.. Ali express cheap.. Some guy on youtube bought them and compared it with a fender and they sounded very very similair. Buy i want to replace them anyway. Only problem is that i need pickups with the same pole height, because i have a left handen guitar. Otherwise i must have left staggered pickups, which are not many.

I hear the bar moving. scatchy i think. When the guitar is unplugged and i move the bar around, i hear the same noise.

The moving noise from the bar in the bridge.

My favourite pickups have flat poles.

which pickups do you use? i wanted to buy CS69, but they are staggered.

I have read good things about ssl2 (rwrp bridge) combined with ssl6 in the neck. Any thought on this?

Edit: i like the ssl-4 too
