I wouldn’t necessarily expect the police or SWAT team to run over there and do anything anytime soon. At our last house, we had a very active 24/7 meth house across the street, people coming and going all day and night. Neither the police, the city, or county did a darn thing about it, after repeated calls from us and various neighbors. Evidently too busy with other things. The landlord eventually evicted them and tore the filthy dump down.

It was actually strategically placed across the street and slightly around the bend from the police precinct. My guess, as it was stated earlier by someone else is that it's a pissed off neighbor.
