I'm likely gonna catch flack for this but I don't care.

Was just reading about Grammy-winning guitarist Chris Perez, who was married to singer Selena Quintanilla Perez until her death in March of 1995 and was the guitarist in her band. And I ended up on her biggest song ever. Pretty sure she'd have been bigger than Jennifer Lopez if she hadn't been murdered by the head of her fan club. I still remember hearing about it in March '95

Rest in Eternal Peace, Selena. Sing one for my baby girl up there :(

Edit: seems I got to Selena from a thread at TDPRI

Best Rick Roll ever, hands down.
Bonus: Berthoud does a really good American accent, too... LOL.

To atone for my sins, here's something else:

    Fear of the shred?
That Buckethead track is actually more on the mellow/ambient side than in the 'melt your face' vein.
    Just saying.

I'm pretty sure, after listening to a dozen or so tracks from this thread, I'm familiar with Buckethead's work. Not a fan.
It's a little tedious to scroll through page after page looking for something new and finding so many of his songs on here, why not just start a Buckethead thread?
    Just saying.

You will also find a lot of Clapton, Pink Floyd/David Gilmour, SRV, Eric Johnson, et al. here.
Should they get their own threads too?
Here's some stuff that's a bit newer than that, though. And not Buckethead.
