    I like it too.
This is why "What are you listening to right now?" is my favourite thread.

Where else would songs like this be heard?
Surely not on terrestrial radio :D

This popped up on my "Recommended for You" on my YouTube.

I've probably heard this song a thousand times in my life and I never noticed just how beautiful the guitar work is. Maury Muehleisen and Jim Croce are magic together.

Sandra Hempel on guitar... there's definitely some Scofield influence,
but she's got her own thing going on.

I just got an old turntable out of the loft, gave it a clean up and tested it out playing 'Buddy Holly's greatest hits'. Forgot how good LPs can sound (only on headphones for now as I had to use a temporary amp as my main one doesn't have a phono input).

Rave on (as the man said).

I gotta admit that ever since my daughter gave me Eric Clapton's The Lady In the Balcony - Lockdown Sessions, I've been listening to little else. In fact, I haven't picked up an electric guitar in weeks (unless you count my plugged-in acoustic). The entire album is low-key and superbly sublime.

It hasn't been mentioned, but watching the videos on YouTube made me wonder if Slowhand's hands haven't actually slowed? I've seen him play some of the songs on this album with more intricate patterns and fingerings, but he's so accomplished, it doesn't seem to matter.
