I'm retired... well, officially retired, but I'm nearly as busy as I've ever been, because I've turned my lifelong hobby of fixing, tinkering, modding, and building guitars into a nice little part-time business that I run out of my home shop. So I get to meet other guitarists, work on and play their guitars, and get paid for it. How cool is that!?

Lol, I just noticed that I didn’t finish that thought. My grand dad was not a tool, far from it. He was a tool and die maker and a master mould maker who was forbidden to join the CEF in 1914 and for the duration as he was deemed for necessary war work. I even have some of the special badges he was given so as not to be branded a slacker.
He was a great guy from whom I learned a lot.

I work casual at the local liquor store. I left the other place of employment due to improper work ethics of the local business. I wasn’t letting them walk over me any more. I plan on finding a second job in the spring . Seven years and only told two weeks off . I need a break
