Nothing but have been lurking on the Thomann Music website.

    They have some temptations there.

Almost bought myself a Fender acoustic on Shop Goodwill the other day. 5 mins left and it was at $15

I had to pass because the ad said

    "FedEx weight - 88 lbs

    Actual weight - 6 lbs"

And they wanted almost $60 to ship it because FedEx thinks it weighs 88 lbs.

Found a sweet Yamaha. Same deal. FedEx thought it weighed 66 lbs and it actually weighed 4 lbs. And they want $40+ to ship it.

    Probably for the best anyways.
We've seen more fakes on Goodwill than legit Fenders.

Ordered a 3.5mm headphone jack/power adapter for an 80s Crybaby Wah pedal

Ordered another 8-head daisy chain to extend the 1Spot I got last week from 8 to 16 pedals.

The wah pedal should be here Tuesday. Can't wait!

Well, I didn't feel like unsoldering the entire board and repopulating it and they're cheap enough that I just ordered another set of Fuzz Face PCB's from the UK @ Hyper MS Electronics on Ebay

*Watch what ends up happening. I'm gonna get tired of waiting on that to get here and end up pulling out the old one and trying to fix it lol

1 - NPN Fuzz Face pcb
1 - PNP Fuzz Face pcb

    Screenshot_20210829-014455_eBay.jpg

I got it all soldered up and it worked great outside of the enclosure that I have. Once installed, it started squealing so I put it aside and haven't touched it since. I was smart enough not to use my breadboard build to populate the pcb so I still had a fully functioning fuzz face, which is why I just put the enclosure to the side and gave up on it. So it's time to get that thing going again.

I just bought my 3rd Fender Weightless Strap, and a 3 pack of strings.
These straps are cheap and really really comfortable, They're soft and a little strechy

Picked up this new floor-model Marshall Origin 50 yesterday for 1/2 price off retail. Could to pass it up. Pretty impressed so far.

This is one of 10 or so guitars I’ve picked up in the last week. This one will get rebuilt soon. 58D36E2D-5519-428F-A015-37BC36B99347.jpeg 7D49B749-0DC5-4A92-83E9-8BD42EF70DA6.jpeg

Nice! I might try one of those. Another company whose name I can't recall started remaking the "No 1 Stretch Strap" that was made & sold in Germany back in the 80s & 90s. They're actually pretty stretchy. First time I saw one was on Bucketheads baritone Les Paul. He has a move where he pushes the guitar down towards his knees & stretches the strap and then brings it back up into position.

First time I saw it I was asking anybody I could "how did he make the strap longer & then shorter again?!? Wth!??!" never realizing it was stretchy until I read a thing about the gear he uses.

    Ordered a spool of Kester 44 63/37 0.031" with 66 core Flux(3.3%).

Finally ran out of the 1 oz pocket pack I bought a few months ago so I bought in "bulk" this time. Paid $12 for 1 oz last time and $15 for 6 oz this time. That ought to last me at least a year. Probably longer.

I also cancelled the order for the 2 Fuzz Face PCB's. I bought some previously and built a FF pedal with one. When I got done, I put the back on the pedal housing and it started squealing real bad so I put it aside and forgot about it.

Fast forward to this week and I was just going to buy more boards and build another until I decided to take a look at the first one I built. I pulled the back off and plugged it up and it works perfectly without the back cover. So I cancelled the order for 2 more PCB's since this one actually does still work. Gonna work in it and get it working with the cover on instead of starting over.

I had a NAD last Friday...posted elsewhere, link below. I stepped out on a Monoprice Stage (f)Right SB20 50w tube amp head. It's pretty nice, but I had to move it to a bigger room  before further assessment.

I suppose I should pull the chassis out at some point to see what things look like in there.

Wow! Nice! I've been eyeballing those since I first saw them. I have the 15w combo myself and it's perfect for my needs.
