What have you bought guitar-related in the past 48 hrs?

I've wanted a travel 20 for several years now! I almost traded my Marshall for a combo unit but when I got there, it wouldn't fire up. After doing some research I found that it was an issue with the combos only and no one could ever get it figured out. Egnater would only replace them for you...if you had the original bill of sale, that is.
I would still love to get a head unit though.

After I get this Egnator Rebel 20 tested and cleaned up it will be for sale. I will post here on ST. The Ibanez Destroyer II body and neck were gone today she said they sold yesterday. I was hoping on having a nice project of it. I also got a boat load of parts, bridge and nut material, a few tools, random pickups, pickguards, etc., a multlimeter and a few pedals I will have to look at tomorrow. The next target if I can get it for a reasonable price will be this amp which I had to dig and dig to get to.

Dropped off my recent new-to-me Les Paul Classic with my guitar guy today to do a setup. While in his shop, I spotted a mint condition Squier Stratocaster hanging on the wall. Fifteen minutes later, I’m out the door with Squier and a case for $250.

Don’t know much about Squier’s, but it is a cool color, appears to be decent quality, a nice chunky neck, a dark Rosewood board (?) and plays decent. Could not pass it up.

Color looks charcoal in good lighting but appears almost black in some of my photos.

That is a 2009 Vintage Modified in Gun Metal Gray. Super nice guitar and that is a good price for the first version model.

Dropped of my recent new-to-me Les Paul Classic with my guitar guy today do a setup. While in his shop, I spotted a mint condition Squier Stratocaster hanging on the wall. Fifteen minutes later, I’m out the door with Squier and a case for $250.

Don’t know much about Squier’s, but it is a cool color, appears to be decent quality, a nice chunky neck, a dark Rosewood board (?) and plays decent. Could not pass it up.

Supposed to pick up this VM after work. It’s my favorite VM model/color and comes with a Fender Automatic GT amp for $200. I’ve got a set of Pribora SSS pickups that may end up in it. I’m psyched.

Thought I'd try some DR Pure Blues 10-46 strings with a round core wire instead of the usual hexagon or octagon or whatever shape most companies use.

Those came in today along with the set of Faber Tone Lock spacers I ordered.

Only thing left is the Faber Tailpiece I ordered from France & hopefully it'll be here this week. It just cleared customs here in the US.

Almost bought a Hot Rod Deville 212 the other day for $275 but I missed the "local pickup only" label. BOOOO!

Anybody in Washington, PA can get a great deal on a damn good amp. It's at the same place that has the $72 Squier I wanted.
