So many, but Jimmy Page’s Stairway to Heaven solo has to be my number one solo, SRV’s/Hendrix’s Voodoo Chile, and Slash’s Sweet Child of Mine are other favorite solos.
That's wild, I was going to say there are sooooo many great ones, but Jimmy Page's Live, as on the Song Remains the Same Live album is still one of my favorites, but there is a lot of personal bias in this to be honest.

Far too many to pick a forever favorite...but, one that always gets to me is Flaming Telepaths off BOC Secret Treaties. I like both guitar breaks, but the outro kills me.

Another killer is Warren Haynes' break on Back Where it All Begins by the ABB.
