What would be your all time favourite classic rock guitar solo?

    That's wild, I was going to say there are sooooo many great ones, but Jimmy Page's Live, as on the Song Remains the Same Live album is still one of my favorites, but there is a lot of personal bias in this to be honest.

    Far too many to pick a forever favorite...but, one that always gets to me is Flaming Telepaths off BOC Secret Treaties. I like both guitar breaks, but the outro kills me.

    Another killer is Warren Haynes' break on Back Where it All Begins by the ABB.

    Allman Bros.- A tie between Duane Allman's slide intro on Statesboro Blues, and Dickey Betts solo on Stormy Monday, both from the live at the Fillmore LP

    Well, I'd like to choose "Mick Taylor across a 1973 Stones show, but if I'm limited to one number, it would be the show closing tune Street Fighting Man. Sole starts about 2:30 on this one.
