    Yeah, I guess. 2 point trem doesn't look too 54 vintage

    Edit: plus, correct me if I'm wrong, but the 60th 54 had the gold Fender decal, not the silver one, right?

    It's either an incorrect description or someone is grossly unqualified to sell Fender guitars.

    Either way, I'd certainly think twice about buying anything from that particular Guitar Center due to sheer incompetence...

    Well, the picture suggests that it's an American Standard? so I think they either have the wrong picture or the wrong description...

    Just looking at picture . Didn't read ad. It is a 2006 MIA American series ( standard) stratocaster. 60th anniversary for fender .

    I just emailed GC to let them know the error in the ad.

    Also, does that price in the ad appear to be in-line for a used guitar like yours?

    I have my sons 60th anniversary strat up for sale on Reverb....I'm asking a bit over $1000 and people squawk at that, so I can imagine at $1250+tax+shipping, that guitar will be around awhile!!!
