Whats your favorite Lester tone. ???

    This one is great to my ears I may be a bit biased cos its an Ebony like mine but I love my Lester as much as my Strats I say Lester because I have one and a few more Strats.

    If only I had one Strat.?

    This is so difficult, but I reckon these two cats.. Dickie Betts and Dangerous Dan Toler know how to coax just about anything from a Les Paul.. :thumb:

    I seen Snowy with Pink Floyd, The Wall, Earls court 1980, first night of five he was sublime.

    The coolest of ranges, ha ha I will never forget Knebworth 79 I didn't have a pot to piss in, cheers for that one mate.

    Slash helped make the Les Paul popular again while everyone else was playing Super Strats in 80s hair metal bands. Not that there is anything wrong with Super Strats, love me some Maiden. Joe Perry in Aerosmith's 2nd act did the same. LPs at some point had fallen out of favor like Strats before. Some guys named Jimi and Clapton helped make Strats popular again.
