No plans. All the guitars I buy come with pickups on them lately lol.

I recommend the Fender Dual Mag Custom Shop pickups, sometimes you can find them on Reverb.

Cheers. Same, I think a covered HB looks especially classy in a Strat

    here.
Probably a Dimarzio Super 3 or Crunch Lab. I'm thinking of chiseling out an HSS route in my Strat.

I think Guitar Madness resells Donlis pickups as well as others. Their GM 57 Special Cream A2 Humbucker pickup looks identical and has the same specs as the Donlis DS22, which is probably my favourite set of humbuckers. It’s between them or the SD Screamin Demon.

EDIT: The Duncan Screamin Demon is not super overwound and is actually a really nice, articulate pickup.

I've got the 57 A2 neck zebra and hot 57 A2 bridge double cream in the Hamer. I like 'em.
I've had an ancient Screaming Demon sitting in a drawer for decades. One of these days I'll bring it back out. I'm guessing I'd like it.

I really want to also try a Duncan Eclair (I love the JB, but would love if it was just a tiny bit watered down) but they just don't seem very interested in making money right now so...idk

Just placed an order for an SD little 59.

Going to throw it in my Affinity bridge for a bit of Humbuckery flavor!

I’ve always used them in the neck, but I’m sure you could get some nice tones from the bridge too.

Dimarzio X2N in the bridge, Dimarzio Chopper in the middle, and Dimarzio Snatch Track in the neck. Old school hot for a medium gained amp :)

Out of Custom Shop 50s and Texas Specials kind of digging Texas Specials a bit more so may get another set of those or 69s.

I have these in my Strat and they are by far my favorite Fender pickups that I've owned. (57/62s, 69s, Texas Specials)
