I hope this hasn't been started somewhere already. I browsed the Club forum looking for one, but didn't see anything. However, "observant" isn't my middle name, so apologies if I missed it. But, assuming this post isn't redundant...

Welcome to the White Strat Owners Club!

Why is a white Strat so awesome? Is it because white matches everything?

Is it because it gets even cooler with age?

Maybe because it's the Cadillac of Strat colors?

Whatever the reason, it's obviously the best Strat color, so if you're smart enough to own a white Strat, show it off here! All countries of origin are welcome (knock offs and partcasters, too!), and any shade of white will do (even the really old ones that don't look white anymore). And if you really want to be cool, throw in the make, model, and shade of white for the guitar you're posting, for those of us who can't figure it out by visuals alone.

    Let's see those white Strats!

I'll kick things off. Here's my 2012 ('08 spec) American Standard in Olympic White.

Here is mine. I wasn't a fan of white Strats until I found this one but, since buying it and beginning to bond with it, I have become more and more of a fan of white Strats. I guess that is proof that beauty is more than skin deep.

Ah, you can't beat a white Strat!

From left to right, 1980 Tokai Silver Star SS60 Olympic White, 1984 Tokai Goldstar ST50 Olympic White, 1983 AVRI 62 Vintage White, 1997 Jimmie Vaughan Sig, allegedly in Olympic White, though it looks more like Arctic White to me.

My 2005 Jeff Beck signature in Olympic White. Apologies to those who've seen this Guitar posted on multiple threads. It's my first white Strat and it's quickly become my favourite Strat colour. I love the fact that it's going to age towards a more yellow white as it gets older.

Is it? Since it's finished in urethane, I wouldn't expect it to age any more than my 30 year old Tokais have in the pic above - and there's been little ageing on their finish.

Here's one of my whites that aren't in pieces (Got 2 in pieces, one just needs pickups installed to complete the white '62 look, one is going to look like Blackmore's.

Oh I always think of Blonde as a creamy White. I didn't really think about it haha.

There's nothing quite like the 2007 MIM Standard.
This 'Artic White' is stock except for the bone nut.
The pickguard color compliments the body very well.

Blondes were originally white in the 50s 60s and 70s so even though they have yellowed or browned, they are or were white.
