My partscaster made up of a mixture of parts from the 60s and crappy repro parts. one of my favorite guitars in my collection
Here's my recent partscaster build- it's an Eric Johnson white blonde body (kind of looks grey-ish I guess, especially with the white pickguard). Musikraft neck with a dark rosewood slab board, 59 Les Paul profile, 12" radius, 6105 frets. Bare knuckle Irish Tour pickups. Callaham vintage S tremolo. Gotoh locking tuners. Weighs in at 7.75lbs.
I reckon I'll be joinin' this here club now. I have been wanting a white Stratocaster for a long time. The time was right and so I picked up this barely used 2016 MIM standard in arctic white.
My Oly White American Pro. I know the new American Pro series has taken some heat on this forum, but I loved it so I bought it. That's the beauty of all of this...
Here's my whitey. I've posted before as a "resurrection guitar". A partscaster combination of original vintage '70s and current Fender and USA + MIM parts. A lot of time and attention to the setup so sounds and plays great.
I'm very partial to white Strats. 2005 Am Series Oly White Squier Pro Tone Oly White Wayne's World MIJ Arctic White
Posted this in my intro but hay... Clearly it fits the bill here as well. In my lesson studio with my white strats: The white modern player in the middle is one of the nicer playing strats I've laid hands on. And I've played a LOT of strats (ranging from dirt cheap bullets to CS and pre-CBS). Ripped out the electronics for a 7 way mod with lace sensor golds and honestly...I'll never part with it. It's almost too much guitar...
