2015 Am. Deluxe Ash White Blonde
It appears as though vintage white gets you into the club so here's mine, 1996 Tex Mex.
If not, I'll delete and go look for the vintage white owners club
Here's my Made in America Squier that I have zero information on. Serial number is 000667. Having trouble finding info on it, but here she is.
My first strat (2017 Am. Pro.) and my instant favorite. It was the tonal palette I was looking for but didn't know it til I plugged her in.
My recently acquired Vintage White Eric Johnson Thinline… 6lbs 4 oz of tone magic.
Do I get to include my G&L Legacy Tribute? She's very Stratty.
If the club is still open, I enroll with my American Vintage 65.
That is gorgeous. Olympic White? I love the clean white plastic against it too. In pic 3 it looks like it has a matching headstock, must be a trick of the light. Beautiful.
Trick of the light. Actually I’ve turned the pic to black and white because it was against a window in daylight and in the color version it looks bad.
And thanks! I know we have similar tastes in Fender guitars! I’ve seen many put a mint green pickguard on them, but I like 3-ply white better on OW/RW strats. Especially on a 65 RI with a transition logo. I don’t think I’m going to change so much as a screw on this strat. It’s the best strat I’ve ever had, it sounds wonderful (especially through the Tremolux), its neck is perfect for me, and it looks killer.
I briefly had one of the CS65 Strats in LPB, & I think the AV65s are basically the same as those. It was a gorgeous guitar but the neck that is just right for you was too fat for me, so it had to go. I liked the transition logo too, I can see why these are perfect for anyone who loves that neck. Even the plastics are spot on. Enjoy.
That would look so striking on stage.
I’m sure it will on my rare gigs .
And yes, I like exactly this size of necks – my “old series” AV52 has a very similar one – but I understand how you could dislike it if you like slim necks. Lucky for you there are older reissues, including the famed Fullertons!
Picked mine up just before Christmas.
I also have a Squire VM70 in vintage blonde & rosewood but couldn't resist when this beauty popped up secondhand.
2005 MIJ '72 Re-issue. Top of the range with Alder body and Tex pups with cloth wire....
and yes. Blackmore is my guitar god.
I love how the body and guard can look so different under different lights.
Hey gang! I just joined the club on Saturday. Scored an absolutely mint 2006-2008 MIM. Jammed all weekend and LOVE it!
Sorry for the reflection of my red shorts.
I did not know this thread was here. Might as well thrown in...
A little over a year old.
Next string change, she's going to black plastics like the late 70s.
