    I hate:
    Satin necks that feel unfinished.
    Wide necks.
    Tall Narrow Frets.
    V shape necks.
    Necks with no shoulder.
    Small Vintage Frets.
    Green tuner pegs.
    Mint pickguards that look unnatural.
White pickguards (Parchment, Black, Tortoise and Antique Pearl is fine).

As a general rule, I am not a fan of tort and pearloid pickguards. I absolutely HATE mint guards...the only way to have mint is either in Ice Cream, Girl Scout cookies or after dinner at a steak house.

I also don't care for V shaped necks much and am not a big fan of signature series guitars.

Don't like vintage frets or vintage tuners either.

I love it all, with two exceptions. Fender’s v-mod pups and tall, skinny frets are the two things I absolutely loathe. I can appreciate every other feature on a guitar.

    Tortoise anything

    2 tone controls...for what? 1 is sufficient

Fake Relics...is being careless really that hard?

    Tele headstock shape

    Elaborate pickup combos

Vibratos, or any bridge that isn't fixed. I like the look of them and some of them do make for handy kickstands for propping the guitar upright though. They're just something else that helps to destabilize tuning.

I don't hate it, but I tend not to like truss rod adjustment on the headstock

Not sure if it's widely loved, but I can't stand looking at those Bigsby things. They look like either a medieval torture device or early dental repair equipment. Yuck

Hate is too strong a word, but I wouldn't want to keep a mint pickguard.

Or individual saddles on a tele.

And I strongly prefer guitars where I can adjust the truss rod without removing the neck. I mean, talk about stupid engineering.

Not a burst fan either, and tortoiseshell isn’t for me either and gold hardware is ugly.

Relicing and tortoise guards. I get the comfy feel of a relic, but I will never pay extra for a guitar that's pre-beat up for me. If it really feels that unbroken-in, I'll sand it or play it non-stop until it breaks in to my specific play wear.

Side note: (and this is just an opinion and probably dumb). I'm astounded that the majority of Fender Custom Shops are reliced. What happened to just making a new guitar look new and letting the user take it from there. Not a real complaint though...if I order through them, NOS is an available option.

What I do like about relics, is that new finish on the Wildwood exclusives that is NOS, but meant to be fragile and relic fast. That makes sense....it's breaking in according to my playing

locking tuners have taken more of my time and broken more of my strings then when playing.

yes it was operator error but i never had those problems with standard tuners and the $1 string winder my father bought me in 1983...

    Well... Hate....Hate...

Hate is a bigly word, but I generally don't like:
    7 strings
    Tele headstock
    Dean headstock
Tortoise pick guards (there are a few exceptions)
    Gold hardware (with some exceptions)
    SG body shape
Sunburst (or any other burst, although there are exceptions)
    Neck heel trussrod adjustments
Saddles with intonation adjustment that can't be done from the back of a bridge with a screw driver but require loosening a hex nut on the front of the saddle base right under the string!

relic is #1 for me, but that's been mentioned multiple times...other than that...i kinda hate the little silver switches on strats (like below)...hidden push/pull pots are cool with me, like on the new ultras...but i just dont like the those metal switches on there, makes the guitar look cheap and like a toy to me:
