Wilkinson trem block.

    On a Wilkinson 5+1 tremolo they have a steel block option. I have one but evidently not steel because a magnet does not stick to it. Anyone know what the block I have is made of if not steel. It is black in color.

    Yeah, probably is. For the price of a just a steel block from someone you can buy a complete new Wilkinson trem with a steel block. Wilkinson does not sell just the block, I found out by email from them about 15 minutes ago. Fast response. I think I'll just finish the one I started fabricating myself.
