Get better HS!
^^^Used to have one like this years ago in high school.... maybe not as pretty, but yeah.
Best wishes..you got this.
I ain't watching the vid
But it's less invasive? That's a good thing right.
I'm real happy you're getting this taken care of.
Glad to hear things are moving along.
its a cartoon man.
You'll do ok. Cardio surgeons tend to be good at their art and science.
In the early 2000s I had cardiac catheter surgery to close a hole in the atrial wall between the chambers of my heart. It was done at a pediatric hospital because that's where the expertise was: they performed this procedure on newborns twice weekly. I requested minimal sedation and the surgeon, anesthesiologist, and I had lively conversation as I watched the process on-screen. Ironically, years later I helped the same surgeon with the IT design of new cardiac cath surgical suites and my teams equipped them with computers, printers, surgical monitors, etc.
Every cardio surgeon and surgical nurse I've worked with has been dedicated to her/his work and transforming the patient's life. Follow their instructions to the letter and communicate anything that deviates from the norm. You need to hang on until they can fix what's busted in you. Good vibes sent your way.
I thought it'd be a real deal.
Looks like you'll be good to go in a short time.
I am happy a real solution is in the works!
Funny that, I'm perfect cool with guts and gore - it's just odours that freak me out. I'm quite happy to wander over to the scene of a particularly gruesome road accident and try to figure out which internal organ of the tragic victim is which. But then when I discover that the poor unfortunate went and emptied their bowels in that terminal moment - my stomach heaves and I'm out of there. Funny that, innit?
ummmm, i dont think so brother.
yeah but the last time i posted a video of a real surgery and several people said they wouldnt or couldnt watch it. i figured an animation would be much less grody.
I think you need to find a hobby where you not teetering on the edge of crises. Wishing you well for sure.
Get those pipes and valves cleared
That’s good news! You should be feeling tons better, man. Just be patient with recovery. I imagine you will need some time to adjust to it.
Happy for you, Kelly!
Cool video, HS, thanks. I'll be waiting for your success post!
So Gumout won't work eh?
A little inspiration...
Well, you get well soon!
Grandma, the Kevins and @Ebidis mom all need you!
