Unholy **** that was awesome!
Good stuff once again Mouse.
You know, I've never heard that...right? (I have no idea how I made it this far and never heard them.) nonetheless, your fluency in so many styles of music and the speed that you pick up tunes flabbergasts me.
All hail the Magnificent Mouse. (mighty mouse was taken)
Good job man, I have listened to that song hundreds of times since 1981, you are on point sir
That was a really cool job, nailed it.
I guess Dickinson is technically the better singer but I love the early stuff with D'anno.
Ain't that the Truth !!
Im no where near @Mouse Level but he sure does Inspire me to be a better player all the time
Thanks Mike. I lost the love for playing for a couple of years so I'm happy to find the joy again. There are probably dozens of things I could or should be doing with my guitar playing time but I do enjoy the charge I get when finally learning a new song. Damn dopamine!
Appreciate your support Mr. Floyd.
Damn, thanks. Can you come over here and put in a good word to my wife? She's much less impressed with me and my playing.
Thank you and same here.
Thanks. I probably should have noted for those less familiar with the band that this backing track had a random singer on it. I similarly love the Di'anno era and almost look at them as a different band (which they sort of were compared to today).
You severely overestimate my "level". You've been playing for 2 years and are nail songs it took me 20 years to learn (if I learned them at all). I'm happy to be an inspirational launchpad for folks as they eventually blow by me in skill level.
That was awesome man! You OWNED it!!!!!!!
That's inspired me to pull out my LP's (yes, old round things) and spin some Maiden and try my hand at that riff!!!
Thanks. Definitely give it a whirl! I'll be curious on how you approach the little lick in the verse parts. My instinct was to mostly hammer/pull off but after noodling a bit it felt better timing-wise to alternate pick it.
Just ordered this! Hopefully it'll help.
I know, I know, I could just Google it......but I'm old school, need (and collect) the print. One day the future generations will thank me.
Really great playing for sure, the tones are perfect too.
I know you're all suave and debonair...but, if you try to not put her in the Dutch Oven so often...she might be impressed with you.
Great playing Mouse! Excellent cover as usual, always inspiring to watch! Nice guitar too!
That’s fine for now but how do I keep the bed warm in winter?
Thank you and right back at you Gary. I’ve tried to emulate how you attack notes but alas I still end up sounding like me.
