Those frets for example are def not dunlop 6000....

Welcome! That may be fake YJM Strat. The serial is for American Special.

 

I'm in agreement I'm afraid.

Doesn't look like either a Fender neck or body to me. The headstock shape is wrong as is the decal and the body just doesn't have the right contours. The most obvious giveaway is at the neck pocket.

We can help there if you post pics before you buy. As for selling yours... a 'YJM replica strat', 'non Fender' etc. for sale ad. would suffice but as to it's value I've no idea. Have you any background or history to it?

 

In all seriousness – it looks quite convincing... I would not have known had it not been asked. Indeed – as was pointed out, the neck pocket is perhaps (to my eyes) the strongest indication.

It's peculiar though – as above I ran the serial number through Fender's website – and it's coming up as an American Special, could the neck be original – but the rest fake!?

 

I don't think a signature series neck would have an American Special serial number. Nor an American Special a bullet truss.

The headstock shape is wrong with the lower curve not pronounced enough while the curve from neck to the top is too long. The decal is not correct either in that the 'with synchronised tremolo' part is too big in comparison to the 'Stratocaster' part a little like it is on the Japanese ST68s. It should start just after the beginning of the 'E' of Fender and finish before the end of the first 'A' of Stratocaster with the pat nos underneath on the originals and Custom Shops.

The 12th dot spacing looks wrong too for a CBS era headstock model but that could conceivably be the angle of the photo.
