Smell the grass, listen to the bands and go backstage to find out for real if Jimi doinked Janis or not.

I would go to tell to my grandfather in Venezuela to buy some 54 Strats, some 60 Les Pauls ecc... Now I would be the happiest (and rich) musician on the face of the earth.

Maybe sit in on the Dark Side Of The Moon recording sessions.

Of course, I'd have to be invisible as well, so that could be a problem if they saw me; if I messed with the time line, I could end up ironically destroying DSOM.

There was a movie kinda like that, Midnight in Paris, where someone finds he is able to travel to 1920s Paris and meets writers such as Earnest Hemmingway, Gertrude Stein, etc..

I might to back to the late 1930s to mid 40s to observe the situation during World War 2 (in the US or allied countries in Europe) to see how people were handling the situation (probably stockpiling food, money, etc..). Or maybe some time in the 1980s US to enjoy some of the music as it was just being released, and on the radio, etc.

If it has to be music related, I'd go visit Mozart or Beethoven.

It starred Owen Wilson. A nice, feel-good movie.

I would go back in time to my grandparents farm. And take a nap in my old room, if I couldn't interact with them.

I'd go back and watch them build the freakin' pyramids.

    Sorry, still not resolved.

You don't need to "touch" anything. Just being somewhen else triggers butterfly-effect. The observer always changes the experiment, merely by observing.
