My lack of disposable income prevents any new amp acquistions at the present time. So, what are you gassing for?

I'm really curious about the Fender Cyber Twin SE and the Egnator Rebel 30.

Not sure if I really want another amp. I have two that will cover all gigs plus another two I occasionally take out.

If I did get one, it could be the Princeton Recording

For my current wish list, I would like a vibroverb or maybe that new Boogie mark V amp. I am not really in the market for a new amp, either. Just thought it was funny to see the term "gassing" applied when it comes to amps.

The mom & pop store I frequent has an old silverface twin reverb that needs some work, I'm tossing around the idea of making him an offer for it.

Optimistically, I'd get a Genz Benz Black Pearl. I've test driven it several times in the store, and I love its flexability and variety of tones. Realistically, I'll be getting a Line 6 Spider eventually to replace my current solid state Marshall practice amp. One of these days though, assuming its still on the market...

I'd love to find a vintage SA212 for a reasonable price. Good luck, eh?

If I had the money I would get a small tube amp for home use. I have a 100watt 212 amp now and it is to much for home use.

I'm missing the true fender clean and some reverb, I can get close with my Ht-5 but not all the way so a princeton reverb or deluxe reverb ri for me only hold back, the usual empty pockets:cry:

Really nothing. I have a little kustom with a celestion that handles any practising well and a Fender Stage lead II (212 mega power) that can handle anything else....maybe a Vox modeling head and later acquire a cabinet?

I`m thinking of adding a Champion 600 to the Deville and Valvetronix i already have. It`ll be handy to take in the car on holiday, but my wife is going to kill me if i do! lol

someone threw a blown Fender Vibro Champ XD at me. When I took it apart Fender were still under speccing the Grid valve resistors, so it cost me under £10 to fix, including a new output valve. Then I got started, amazingly for under £30 it converts so it has either the solid state gizmos on board, or all valve path with the evident Hiss removed. Nice home amp. All I've got to do then is find one for the wife. (We have a nice deal, I get one, she gets one)

I recently purchased a fender super champ xd before they raised the price on it! It is the perfect amp for me!

Probably the Peavey Valveking, but I'm going to have to try it out first. Has anyone tried a Strat with one?

I have never bought an amp, and like never will, but I did get a commission to build a custom last night. the details are far from settled, but most likely it will be something like a Princeton Reverb or a MMB. Lots of room to experiment on this one.
