… 50-watt combo in a trade.
Basically a Marshall Bluesbreaker-style circuit, which I’ve had before, but didn’t know what to do with … I do now. Unlike the BB, two channels. Both cleans and crunch are nice! Not fired about the light-up logo, but whatever. Only complaint is that the effects loop is switchable, and always keep it “on", but have accidentally hit it “off” during performance and that sucked. I’m thinking of winding a thick rubber band around it to keep it from being switched.
Very little out there about these, especially the combos. All high-quality MojoTone parts which were built for a very short time. I believe hand-soldered turret-board construction with two KT66 monster bottles and three 12AX7s; SS rectified.
Weighs about 45 lbs with a Celestion Creamback, which is 25 lbs lighter than the Marshall Vintage Modern combo I am selling, for what I consider a better crunch tone.
Anyone else with experience with MojoTone pre-builts. I know the kits are opined as hit-or-miss ...
