Here is a pic I took 4 years ago before moving to the wonderfull Bavaria (this was still in Hannover).
I am here in Bavaria for 4 years already, wow.
These days I have a full beard (I always had season changing), of course, Salt´n´Peppa 😆

I too am an Altra man, despite their best efforts to build expensive shoes that don’t last and get narrower every year.

Ha! Heavier too. Why the Escalante and Escalante Racer are so heavy now is beyond me. But. All I can run in so whatevs.

I do like the Vanish Carbon, though I’m not training for a race right now so they just sit.

Yes indeed, heavier too. I pretty much stick with Torins for max comfort. I’ve been working in some Topos too. Happy feet to you!

I tried the cyclones several years ago but the drop bugged the neuroma in my right foot. Haven’t tried their zero shoes but one day may. I love the Torins for easy and recovery work, they chew up easy miles super well, but they feel really clunky for speed and tempo work, hence the Escalantes. Gonna try the racer 2’s once my current pair of Escalantes go.

Happy feet to you too!

I’m working my way back to speed and tempo work. Right now the focus is weight loss, eating healthy and adding miles and speed gradually. I had a nice, brisk four-mile run last night on the local high school track after sunset. So. Much. Cooler. That’s up from two SLOW miles about two months ago. You get it.

My pic I shared is of me from five years ago when I was much lighter. In my recent pictures I’m a bit more (ahem) “round-faced” but I’m losing the fat bulbous head quickly!

Ever do a Spartan-style race? I used to wear Altra King MTs for them. They dropped them, but brought them back! Great mud shoe for when your feet WILL get wet.

Is that the photo you put up before when I told you that you looked really cool?

Just trying to figure out if you look that cool in all photos or if that's the coolest photo you own. :p

Yeah, same pic. It’s pretty much my “look” when performing, but that’s the best shot recently. There’s a local photographer who comes to a lot of our shows, and always gives us the pics. Great shots of the rest of the band as well (there’s ten of us!), even the drummer, which I think is hard to do!
